Orders & Purchasing

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours before processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

    Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@ifiupet.com and we will help you check your order.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.

  • Why is my package delayed?

    Delays may happen due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. If your package takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check the status.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We may offer free shipping during promotions or for qualifying orders. Please check the shipping information at checkout for the most accurate details.

  • Can I choose a different shipping carrier?

    Shipping carriers are selected automatically based on the destination and the most suitable delivery option. At this time, customers cannot choose a specific carrier.

  • Are iFIUPET materials safe for pets?

    Yes. At iFIUPET, we carefully choose soft, breathable, and skin-friendly fabrics to help pets feel comfortable and reduce irritation during daily wear.

  • Will the clothes shrink after washing?

    Slight shrinkage may occur if washed with hot water or dried at high heat. We recommend gentle washing with cold water and air drying for best results.

  • Are these items suitable for all seasons?

    iFIUPET offers different styles for different seasons, including lightweight summer tops, breathable vests, cozy sweaters, soft layers, and everyday petwear.

  • Are the products suitable for all dog breeds?

    Our designs are mainly made for small and medium pets, such as Yorkies, Pomeranians, Bichons, Poodles, Shih Tzus, Maltese, cats, and other similar-sized pets.

Before choosing a size, please measure your pet’s chest, neck, and back length. Then compare the measurements with our size chart.

What if the size does not fit?

If the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, you may request an exchange or return within our return policy period.

Returns & Refunds

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Who pays for return shipping?
